Course Description

Color is one of the most powerful, and complex, tools that artists and designers can use to influence emotions and connect with audiences in both practical and nuanced ways. Explore the role of light, the psychological impact of color, and how to use hue, value and intensity to skillfully integrate color into your design. Combine skills across nature, still life, and collage assignments that emphasize an expressive use of color through multimedia.
