This fast-paced digital media course is ideal for the novice or even the intermediate user desiring a better understanding of computer-based workflow. We introduce the Apple computer and its operating system along with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and discuss the capture, transfer, manipulation and delivery of images. The terminology, protocols and connections between products are made clear as you become familiar with the techniques necessary for anyone who designs digitally. Completion of this course provides you with valuable skill sets relied upon by all productive graphic designers, illustrators and draftsmen. The following are covered: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.

Prerequisites

Students must be an adult age 18 or older to participate.

Full versions of Adobe software are required, iPad apps or other abridged versions will not be sufficient.
