Course Description

Metalsmithing and concept development come together in the sculptural art form of jewelry design. Learn how to work with small metals and create wearable designs that are rich in meaning. Find inspiration in the rich history of jewelry and adornment. You’ll be led step-by-step in each assignment to make a series of pieces using brass and copper.

Prerequisites

Students must be age 13–17 to participate.
