Course Description

RISD CE kids course: Art Oasis

RISD's bayside Tillinghast Place is an art oasis, a place where creativity soars as young artists experiment with image making through a variety of art materials including pencils, paint, cut paper and magical photographic processes. They then incorporate these techniques as they explore bookmaking techniques that take the form of flip books, comic strips and photographic books. Students create characters, record impressions and design pages as they build books to share with their classmates, family and friends.
