Course Description

Build on your foundational drawing skills as you explore more advanced concepts in form, space and composition. This course emphasizes refining your observational accuracy and developing a more nuanced understanding of line, value and perspective. You’ll work with a wider range of materials and engage with more complex subject matter. Assignments encourage experimentation, individual expression and compositional problem-solving, preparing you to create more resolved and intentional drawings.

Completion of Drawing for Beginners or previous drawing experience is strongly recommended.
