RISD CE kids camp: Yo Ho Ho: A Pirate's Log

Arrrgh matey! Get ready for a full week of pirate-themed Aaaart activities! Design your own pirate's log, where you'll keep important facts, draw nautical maps and keep a journal of daily information. Explore the shore along the bay, searching for objects that you can add to your treasure chest, and that you can use to construct mixed media sculptures. Create a pirate hat, an eye patch -- and perhaps even a gold medallion! Draw treasure maps and design a decoder to keep your treasures safe from intruders. Throughout the camp, you'll create art using drawing, painting, pen and ink, printmaking and mixed media.
