Course Description

What first draws you to a particular video game? What makes the classics so memorable? Our interest and nostalgia is often sparked by concept art. Concept artists design the look and feel of the game, including characters, props and environments. Connect art, gameplay and story in a course that will challenge you to create enticing game concepts. Use digital and traditional media to build imaginative worlds. Then, design believable characters and environments with simplified silhouettes and basic proportions. Push your work further with feedback from peer game players and an industry professional.
