Course Description

Artwork by Caroline K.

Professional game development teams are made of designers, programmers and artists who follow a roadmap called the development pipeline. During pre-production, concept artists design the intended look and feel of the game to ensure it is technically and visually interesting. Join a class of concept artists while sketching, drawing and painting the references for future game assets. From game environments to characters and key items, use digital software and traditional media to build a concept pitch deck for your next game.

Prerequisites

Students must be age 13–17 to participate.
