Course Description

Bridge the gap between your sketches and the physical world with fashion construction. Fashion construction is the art of transforming a sketch into a physical garment. Starting with basic garments, learn the essential techniques needed to bring your vision to life.

Gain hands-on experience with sewing machines and hand-sewing methods. Mold your fabric around the planes and curves of a dress form. Incorporate fasteners like zippers, buttons or clasps. These essential skills will set you up for a successful career in the fashion industry.
