Photographers of all persuasions and perspectives have been drawn to the landscape. This course will explore photographic topics related to landscape photography, including color theory, black and white photography, and alternative formats, while finding inspiration in the work of contemporary and historic landscape photographers. Each week, you will create your own landscape photographs that explore different topics of interest, interpretations, and modes for personal expression, and we will discuss technique and aesthetic principles associated with landscape photography. Stretch your legs and your mind as you explore different locations and exciting visual ideas.
