Color is a mark of style. From the brilliant hues of Ancient Egypt to the soft palette of Modern designs, this course explores the powerful role of color as a fundamental aspect of interiors. From walls and window trims to ceilings and furniture, students will learn about the history, use, and techniques in making rooms come alive with Rococo soft rose tones, striking Neoclassical apple greens of the 18th century, and the sharp yellows and reds of the Art Deco.
