Course Description

Examine the relationship between artmaking and reflective practice through a series of art and journaling prompts. Using creative self-expression as a tool for reflection, you will uncover how art can surface personal experiences, emotions, memories, and ideas, both within your artistic practice and everyday life. Through experimentation and observation, using mediums of your choice, you will develop the connection between your art and psyche.

Note: This course is for educational, personal enrichment, or creative purposes only. It does not provide clinical mental health treatment.
